The Rallye International du Valais is a yearly rally in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. It was founded by Philippe Simonetta, a local wine dealer in 1960. Since 1980 it has been part of the European Rally Championship and in 2007 and 2008 it was an event of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge. In 2009, it became a top category (coeff. 20) event of the European Rally Championship and since then it has been the final event of the ERC season. The rally headquarters is in Martigny.

Il compte pour le championnat d'Europe des rallyes, où il fut doté d'un coefficient permanent de 10 à 20 de l'an 2000 jusqu'à l'avènement de la nouvelle formulation de la compétition continentale en 2013. - El Rally de Valais, oficialmente Rallye International du Valais, es una prueba de rally que se disputa anualmente desde el año 1960 en Valais (Suiza). La primera edición se celebró en septiembre de 1960 como parte de la 1.er Comptoir de Martigny y fue llevada a cabo por un comerciante de vino y piloto que llegó a correr en el Rally de Montecarlo. En ese primer año se llevó a cabo bajo el nombre de Le Rallye du Vin y su fundador lo concibió como fórmula de promoción de la región y de su vino. A partir de 1976 con el apoyo del club automovilístico Ecurie 13 Etoiles se abandonó el carácter turístico y la prueba se convirtió en un evento puramente deportivo. | - Die Rallye International du Valais ist eine Motorsportveranstaltung im Kanton Wallis. Sie wurde bereits von mehreren Internationalen Veranstaltungen wie z. B. der Intercontinental Rally Challenge, ERC European Rally Championship und SRM Schweizer Rally Meisterschaft ausgetragen. M und 1800 m ü. M statt und stellen somit eine interessante Kulisse dar für Fahrer und Zuschauer.
