Refik Koraltan (1889 – June 17, 1974) was a Turkish politician, having served as the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) from May 22, 1950 to May 27, 1960.

Juni 1974 in Istanbul) war ein türkischer Bürokrat und Politiker. Koraltan absolvierte 1914 die Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft an der Darülfünun und begann als Beamter zu arbeiten. Er war als Staatsanwalt und Polizeipräsident tätig. Koraltan war während des Türkischen Befreiungskrieges für die Kuvayı Milliye in Konya tätig und wurde zum Abgeordneten Konyas in die Große Nationalversammlung der Türkei gewählt. Er war bis 1935 ununterbrochen Abgeordneter. Koraltan war von 1936 bis 1938 Gouverneur Artvins, von 1938 bis 1939 Gouverneur Trabzons und von 1939 bis 1942 Gouverneur Bursas. 1942 wurde er zum Abgeordneten der Provinz Bursa gewählt. Refik Koraltan zählt zu den vier Gründern der 1946 gegründeten Demokrat Parti. Bei den Parlame (de) Bekir Refik Koraltan né en 1889 à Divriği, Sivas (Empire Ottoman) et mort le 17 juin 1974 à Istanbul (Turquie) est un homme politique turc. Diplômé de département de droit de Dar'ül fünun (faculté de l'Université d'Istanbul) en 1910. Dès 1914 il travaille comme vice-procureur et procureur à Bursa, Gelibolu et Karaman, ensuite il devient inspecteur de police et dernièrement préfet de police de Trabzon. Pendant la guerre d'indépendance turque il milite pour les forces nationales (Kuva-yi Milliye). En 1920, il est élu député de Konya (1er législature de la Grande Assemblée nationale de Turquie). Il devient membre des tribunaux de l'indépendance, entre 1921-1922 il est président du tribunal de l'indépendance de Yozgat. En 1923, il est réélu député de Konya.
