Renzo Pecco ( 17 September 1900 – 11 August 1975) was an Italian surgeon and professor. He was the head of the surgical ward of Sant'Anna's hospital in Como for three decades. He was also a professor at the University of Turin. Pecco's cholecystectomy, was known at the time for its minimal invasiveness and good outcomes. He was president of Como's Rotary Club from 1950–1951 and 1951–1952.

Diresse per oltre trent'anni il reparto chirurgico del vecchio Ospedale Sant'Anna di Como e fu docente presso la Regia Università degli Studi di Torino. Negli anni trenta fu il primo chirurgo al mondo ad aver correttamente visualizzato i reni e le vie urinarie umane per via radiologica. Nel 1937 venne insignito della carica di Cavaliere dell'Ordine Corona d'Italia, nel 1942 di Commendatore e nel 1964 di Grande Ufficiale dell'Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. (it)
