| - El Monumento Científico Moisés Bertoni se encuentra ubicado en el Distrito de Presidente Franco, Departamento de Alto Paraná, Paraguay a orillas del río Paraná, entre los 25º39´ Lat S; 54º36´ Long O, aproximadamente a 26 km de la ciudad de Presidente Franco y fue reconocido el 13 de abril de 1955, cuenta con 199 ha . Este monumento fue la casa del sabio suizo Moisés Santiago Bertoni (* 1857 Lottigna, Ticino, Suiza- 1929 Foz de Iguazú) , el cual se afincó siendo muy joven en esta zona, y prestó invalorables servicios al pueblo y al gobierno paraguayo. Llegó a ser Ministro de Agricultura, del Paraguay. Falleció en este sitio en 1929. (es)

This monument was the home of wise Swiss Moses Santiago Bertoni (born 1857 Lottigna, Ticino, Switzerland, died 1929 Foz de Iguazu, Paraguay), which eventually settled in this area while still young, and provided invaluable services to the people and Paraguayan Government. He became Minister of Agriculture, of Paraguay. He died at this site in 1929. (en)
