The Siege of Gassantoda Castle (月山富田城の戦い, Gassan Toda-jō no Tatakai) was a battle during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan. The siege of the castle was personally led by Ōuchi Yoshitaka against Gassantoda Castle located within Izumo Province, under the control of Amago Haruhisa. After a long, hard-fought siege, Haruhisa ended in victory, and as a result of the battle, the power of the Ōuchi clan weakened.

Avvenne nel 1542–1543 e fu il primo di tre tentativi di conquista del castello, roccaforte del clan Amago. Gli altri due assedi avvennero nel 1565-1567 e nel 1569, anno in cui il castello cadde definitivamente nelle mani dei Mōri. Nel mese di maggio le forze Ōuchi iniziarono a ritirarsi.
