Ekspedisi Snellius merupakan eskpedisi yang termasuk dalam periode ketiga penelitian kelautan Indonesia. Selain mencari gambaran geologis laut tersebut, ekspedisi ini juga meneliti lautan secara fisika dan kimiawi.
