(en) 斯宾塞·白金漢·圣约翰爵士，GCMG（Sir Spenser Buckingham St. John，1825年12月22日－1910年1月2日）为19世纪中叶英国驻文莱领事。 (zh) Sir Spenser Buckingham St. John GCMG, FRGS (22. prosince 1825 – 3. ledna 1910) byl britský diplomat 2. poloviny 19 století. V roce 1847 byl otcem, novinářem Jamesem Augustusem St. Johnem, představen Jamesi Brookeovi. Následující rok se vydal na Sarawak, kde zastával funkci Brookeova osobního sekretáře, čímž započal svojí diplomatickou kariéru. Od roku 1856 zastával post britského generálního konzula v Bruneji. V roce 1858 podnikl spolu s Hughem Lowem dva výstupy na Kinabalu. Jeden z vrcholů masivu, (4091 m n. m. – o 4 metry nižší než nejvyšší vrchol ), nese jeho jméno. O svých výzkumech na Borneu napsal knihu Life in the Forests of the Far East (Život v pralesích dálného východu, vyšlo 1862). Napsal také dvě biografie Jamese Brookea (vydány 1879 a 1897). (cs) Spenser Saint-John (22 décembre 1825 - 3 janvier 1910) fut Consul Général du Royaume-Uni au Brunei, gouverneur de Labuan (île cédée aux Anglais par le Sultan de Brunei en 1846) de 1852 à 1856 et secrétaire de James Brooke (1803-1868), le premier des Rajahs blancs du Sarawak (N. rajah fut nommé en son honneur). Spenser Saint-John explora la région de 1848 à 1861. Un des pics du Mont Kinabalu, (4 091 m, 4 m de moins que le ), porte son nom. Depuis 1883, il a été nommé Ministre à la Légation Britannique au Mexique pendant le gouvernement du général Porfirio Diaz. Il a aidé à la restauration des relations entre le Royaume-Uni et le Mexique, qui étaient cassées depuis l'intervention française au Mexique. (fr)
