The Supreme Court of Iceland (Icelandic: Hæstiréttur Íslands, lit. Highest Court of Iceland) is the final court of appeal in the judiciary of Iceland. It is also the oldest of the current courts of law in Iceland and the highest of the three Icelandic court branches, the others being the District Courts of Iceland and the Court of Appeal (Landsréttur). The current President of the court is Benedikt Bogason.

Daneben kann für die Ahndung von Amtsverletzungen amtierender oder abgelöster isländischer Regierungsmitglieder der Sondergerichtshof Landsdómur einberufen werden. Το Δικαστήριο στεγάστηκε αρχικά στο κτίριο των αναμορφωτικών φυλακών του Ρέυκιαβικ, και μεταφέρθηκε στο παλιό δικαστικό κτήριο της Λινταργκάτα το 1949. Από τις 5 Σεπτεμβρίου του 1996 το Δικαστήριο στεγάζεται στο νέο Δικαστικό Μέγαρο του Αρναρχόλ. La Cour suprême fut fondée à la suite de l'acte 22/1919, et la première session se tint le 16 février 1920, un peu plus d'un an après la proclamation du Royaume d'Islande. Jusqu'à cette date, la Cour suprême du Danemark à Copenhague, fut l'ordre juridictionnel le plus élevé.
