Tatamagouche /ˌtætəməˈɡʊʃ/ (Mi'kmaq: Taqamiju’jk) is a village in Colchester County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Tatamagouche is situated on the Northumberland Strait 50 kilometres north of Truro and 50 kilometres west of Pictou. The village is located along the south side of Tatamagouche Bay at the mouths of the French and Waugh Rivers. Tatamagouche derives its name from the native Mi'kmaq term Takǔmegoochk, translated as "Meeting of the waters".

La population fut déportée en août 1755 durant le raid d'Abijah Willard. Un monument commémore la bataille navale de Tatamagouche, le 15 juin 1745, qui opposa trois vaisseaux de la Nouvelle-Angleterre commandés par le capitaine aux forces du lieutenant Paul Marin venant d'Annapolis Royal. Cette bataille empêcha les forces française et micmac d'arriver à la forteresse de Louisbourg qui devait tomber peu après. (fr)
