Tenasillahe Island is an island in the Columbia River Estuary portion of the Columbia River in Clatsop County, Oregon. It is separated from the mainland and the unincorporated community of Clifton, Oregon by the Clifton Channel, and from nearby by the Red Slough. The island was visited by the Lewis and Clark Expedition, and Tenasillahe and Welch were known as the "Marshy Islands". The entire island is part of the Julia Butler Hansen Refuge for the Columbian White-tailed Deer.

Oktober 1792 am Tenasillahe Island vorbei. 1805–1806 erreichte die Lewis-und-Clark-Expedition die Gegend; Lewis und Clark nannten die Insel und die benachbarte Welsh Island „Marshy Islands“. Der heutige Name der Insel bedeutet „kleines Land“ („tenas“ = klein und „illahe“ = Land in der Sprache der Chinook-Indianer). 1914 wurde er durch das U.S. Board of Geographic Names in dieser Schreibweise offiziell.
