Theo Kellner (13 April 1899 – 26 February 1969) was a German artist and architect active in Berlin, Erfurt and Frankfurt. After the end of the Second World War, Kellner was involved with the reconstruction of several buildings in Frankfurt, such as the Goethe House and the Church of St Peter, Frankfurt.

Spätestens 1933 war Kellner Mitglied im Bund Deutscher Architekten (BDA). Ab 1935 war er vor allem in der Denkmalpflege tätig, seit 1945 in Zusammenarbeit mit Karl Tetzner. Nach 1945 war Kellner beteiligt am Wiederaufbau von Frankfurt am Main. Seit 1951 war er dort ansässig und in Verbindung mit Wilhelm Massing tätig. (de)
