Thomas McKissick Jones (December 16, 1816 – March 13, 1892) was a prominent Tennessee politician. He was born in Person County, North Carolina. He later moved to Tennessee and served in the state House of Representatives and the state Senate. He was elected to represent the state in the Provisional Confederate Congress from 1861 to 1862. After the war he served as a state court judge from 1872 to 1873.

Ferner war er Mitglied der Freimaurer und des Templerordens. Jones vertrat in seiner politischen Laufbahn seinen Staat im Repräsentantenhaus und im Senat von Tennessee. Ferner war er nach der Sezession von Tennessee von 1861 bis 1862 im Provisorischen Konföderiertenkongress tätig. Nach dem Krieg vertrat er 1870 seinen Staat beim Verfassungskonvent. Danach war er von 1872 bis 1873 als Richter in Tennessee tätig. Jones verstarb in Pulaski und wurde anschließend dort auf dem Maplewood Cemetery beigesetzt. (de)
