| - Der Toyota Yaris WRC ist ein von Toyota gebautes World Rally Car für die Teilnahme an der Rallye-Weltmeisterschaft. Seinen ersten Einsatz hatte das Auto in der Rallye-Weltmeisterschaft 2017. Die Fahrzeuge wurden vom Toyota Gazoo Racing World Rally Team (WRT) eingesetzt, ab der Saison 2021 von Toyota Gazoo Europa mit Sitz in Köln. - De Toyota Yaris WRC is een rallyauto ontworpen en geproduceerd door om te worden ingezet in het wereldkampioenschap rally. De auto, die gebaseerd is op het Toyota Yaris productiemodel, markeert de terugkeer van Toyota als fabrieksteam in het WK rally, waar het in 1999 voor het laatst deelnam met de Toyota Corolla WRC. De auto maakt zijn debuut in het seizoen 2017 met rijders Juho Hänninen en Jari-Matti Latvala, met Esapekka Lappi als derde inschrijving in geselecteerde rally's. World Rally Championship) od 2017 do 2021 roku w barwach zespołu Toyota GAZOO Racing WRT. Samochód oparty jest na modelu Toyota Yaris trzeciej generacji. Testy konstrukcji rozpoczęły się w marcu 2014 roku. Kierowcami testowymi byli Stephane Sarrazin i Sebastian Lindholm. Prace rozwojowe były nadzorowane przez Tommi Mäkinena, czterokrotnego mistrza świata kierowców WRC. W 2018 roku zespół Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT zdobył Yarisem WRC mistrzostwo producentów. (pl)
