United Nations Security Council Resolution 2701 is a United Nations Security Council resolution adopted unanimously on 27 June 2013. It removes Iraq from its obligations concerning the return of Kuwaiti and third-state nationals or their remains to their proper state that were seized under the former Saddam regime. Following the passage of the resolution, Hoshyar Zebari, Iraq's foreign minister, said that it marked a turning point in Iraq's relationship with the international community, and a significant step in the process of mending bilateral ties.

De resolutie onthief Irak van de verplichtingen inzake de terugkeer van gevangengenomen Koeweiti's en gestolen goederen uit Koeweit die het na de Eerste Golfoorlog waren opgelegd. El Consell relleva l'Iraq de les seves obligacions relatives al retorn de les restes de kuwaitians i de nacionals de tercers països que van ser capturats sota l'antic règim baasista de Saddam Hussein al seu propi estat. Després de l'aprovació de la resolució, , ministre d'exteriors de l'Iraq, va dir que havia marcar un punt d'inflexió en la relació de l'Iraq amb la comunitat internacional i un pas significatiu en el procés d'arreglar els vincles bilaterals. Es va demanar al govern d'Iraq que ajudés al Comitè Internacional de la Creu Roja pel que fa a la informació sobre kuwaitians desapareguts i que ajudés amb la recerca d'aquestes persones o de les seves restes mortals.
