There have been two baronetcies created for persons with the surname Warner, one in the Baronetage of England and one in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. One creation is extant as of 2010. The Warner Baronetcy, of Parham in the County of Suffolk, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 16 July 1660 for John Warner. The title became extinct on his death in 1705.
