Wilhelm Glacier (72°46′S 166°37′E / 72.767°S 166.617°E) is an Antarctic glacier 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) north of Olson Glacier, draining the north part of the west slopes of Malta Plateau and flowing west into Seafarer Glacier in Victoria Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960–64. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for , a member of the United States Antarctic Research Program (USARP) glaciological party at Roosevelt Island in 1967–68.

Il ghiacciaio, il cui punto più alto si trova a circa 2200 m s.l.m., si trova nell'entroterra della costa di Borchgrevink, nella parte sud-occidentale delle montagne della Vittoria, dove fluisce verso sud-ovest a partire dal versante occidentale dell'altopiano Malta, scorrendo lungo il versante settentrionale del , fino a unire il proprio flusso a quello del ghiacciaio Seafarer. Das Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names benannte ihn 1970 nach dem Glaziologen Robert C.
