Winai Dahlan (Thai: วินัยดะห์ลัน)(born on 7 January 1952) is the Founder Director of the Halal Science Center Chulalongkorn University. He is also the Head of The Lipid and Fat Science Research as well as International Graduate Program Chair in Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University.

| - ويناي دحلان (بالتايلندية: วินัย ดะห์ลัน) (بالتايلاندية วินัยดะห์ลัน)، هو أستاذ مساعد دكتور، مؤسس ومدير مركز علوم الحلال في جامعة شولالونغكورن. وهو أيضًا رئيس البحوث الدهنية، وكذلك رئيس برنامج الدراسات العليا الدولية في الغذاء والتغذية، كلية العلوم الصحية المتحدة، جامعة شولالونغكورن. ولد دحلان لأبوين من أصل جاوي في بانكوك. والده عرفان دحلان ووالدته زهرة. جده أحمد دحلان هو بطل وطني اندونيسي. وهو حاليًا يشغل منصب أستاذ مشارك من مستوى C9 هذه المستوى يتضمن التدريب العلمي. كما أنه لديه العديد من الأبحاث أكثر من 30 بحث نشرت على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي بما في ذلك المواد العلمية والتغذية وأكثر من ألفي نموذج وكتب في ثلاثة مجلات أسبوعية منذ عام 1989. الأستاذ الدكتور ويناي دحلان هو واحد من "500 مسلم الأكثر تأثيرًا في العالم"، لمدة 3 سنوات متتالية جمعها المركز الملكي الإسلامي للدراسات الاستراتيجية "وضمن أكثر 16 شخصية تأثيرًا في العالم من بين علماء المسلمين " في العلوم والتكنولوجيا. Artikel ini meliputi artikel ilmiah dan nutrisi termasuk lebih dari dua ribu bagian dan tulisannya dalam tiga Majalah Bulanan sejak 1989. Dahlan was born to parents of Javanese descent in Bangkok. His father is and his mother is Zahrah. His grandfather Ahmad Dahlan is National Hero of Indonesia. He is currently in the position of Associate professor of C9 level involving with scientific training. He has had many researches of more than 30 articles having been published both locally and internationally including scientific and nutrition articles of more than two thousand pieces and his writing in three Weekly Magazines since 1989. Winai Dahlan is one of “The World's 500 Most Influential Muslims," for 14 consecutive years compiled by the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre and the only Thai Muslim Scientist ranked in “The World’s 16 most Influential Muslim Scientists” in Science and Technology.
