- De roodsteelfluweelboleet (Xerocomellus chrysenteron) is een eetbare paddenstoel uit de familie Boletaceae. Bij doorsnede van de steel laat de boleet vlak boven de steelbasis in het gele vlees roodoranje vlekjes zichtbaar. De steel geeft bij doorsnede in het vlees een niet tot zeer zwak blauwe kleur aan de lucht. Ook de poriën kleuren blauw bij de druk.
