Em 1907, seus poemas começaram a aparecer nos jornais A Hét e Vasárnapi Újság e depois de 1908 em . Em 1911, tornou-se crítico de teatro do jornal Debreceni Nagy Újság. Em 1913, tornou-se tutor de uma família rica e recebeu um pouco de renda com a escrita, mas ainda vivia na pobreza. A tuberculose o levou a descansar no Sanatório Svedlér, nas Montanhas Tatra. (pt)
- Árpád Tóth (14 April 1886 – 7 November 1928) was a Hungarian poet and translator. Tóth went to Gymnasium (high school) in Debrecen and then studied German and Hungarian at the University of Budapest. In 1907, his poems began to appear in the papers and and after 1908 in Nyugat. In 1911, he became a theater critic for the paper . In 1913, he became a tutor to a wealthy family and received a little income from writing but still lived in poverty. Tuberculosis led him to rest at the in the Tatra Mountains. (en)
- Árpád Tóth (ur. 14 kwietnia 1886 w Aradzie, zm. 7 listopada 1928 w Budapeszcie) – węgierski poeta i tłumacz literatury. Tóth uczęszczał do gimnazjum w Debreczynie, po czym studiował germanistykę i filologię węgierską na uniwersytecie w Budapeszcie. W 1907 zaczął publikować wiersze w czasopismach i , a od 1908 też w Nyugat. W 1911 pisał krytyki teatralne dla gazety . Za rządów komunistycznej Węgierskiej Republiki Rad po I wojnie światowej został sekretarzem w , lecz wraz z upadkiem komunistów utracił tę pozycję. Pozostał biedny i chorował na gruźlicę do końca życia. Zmarł w 1928 w Budapeszcie. (pl)
