The 2000 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament (also known as the 2000 Women's College Cup) was the 19th annual single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of NCAA Division I women's collegiate soccer. The semifinals and championship game were played at Spartan Stadium in San Jose, California during December 2000. North Carolina defeated UCLA in the final, 2–1, to win their sixteenth, and second straight, national title. The Tar Heels (21–3) were coached by Anson Dorrance.
