The 2010 Vuelta a Asturias was the 54th edition of the Vuelta a Asturias road cycling stage race, which was held from 28 April to 2 May 2010. The race started and finished in Oviedo. The race was initially won by Constantino Zaballa of the CC Loulé–Louletano–Aquashow team. Zaballa's result was annulled by the Union Cycliste Internationale in 2012, after Zaballa had tested positive for using ephedrine.

Formando así un pelotón de 101 corredores, de los que acabaron 53. El ganador final fue Tino Zaballa tras hacerse con la última etapa consiguiendo una ventaja suficiente como para alzarse con la victoria. Le acompañaron en el podio Fabio Duarte (vencedor de uan etapa y de la clasificación de la montaña) y Beñat Intxausti (vencedor de la etapa contrarreloj) respectivamente. En marzo de 2012, Zaballa fue suspendido por 9 meses por el uso de efedrina en esta edición de la Vuelta a Andalucía y los resultados obtenidos en esta prueba y las siguientes fueron anulados. Las otras clasificaciones secundarias fueron para Ángel Vicioso (regularidad), Gonzalo Rabuñal (metas volantes), David Gutiérrez Gutiérrez (intervuelta) y Palmeiras Resort-Prio (equipos). (es)
