Anne-Marie Lagrange, born March 12, 1962 in the Rhône-Alpes region of France, is a French astrophysicist. Lagrange's work focuses on the research and study of extrasolar planetary systems. Lagrange is the holder of numerous scientific awards and honorary decorations, including Knight of the Legion of Honour (the highest French order of merit) and is a member of the French Academy of Sciences since 2013.

Dagli anni '90, ha iniziato a cercare pianeti extrasolari usando l'imaging diretto utilizzando nuove ottiche adattive. Negli anni 2000, la sua ricerca si è concentrata sullo studio dei pianeti giganti attorno alle giovani stelle. Nel 2005, ha fatto la prima osservazione diretta di un pianeta extrasolare attorno a una nana bruna usando l'ottica adattiva profonda. No pós-doutorado esteve no Observatório Europeu do Sul na Alemanha e Chile e encontrou o astrofísico . A partir de 1990 esteve no (LAOG) com Alain Omont e formou um grupo para a descoberta de exoplanetas. Obteve a habilitação em 1994 sendo então Chargé de Recherche do Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS).
