Antonio ("Toño") Martorell Cardona (born 18 April 1939) is a Puerto Rican painter, graphic artist and writer. He regularly exhibits in Puerto Rico and the United States and participates in arts events around the world. He spends his time between his workshops in Ponce, Hato Rey, and New York City, his presentations worldwide and his academic work in Cayey, Puerto Rico.

Fill d'Antonio Martorell II i Luisa Cardona, va estudiar diplomàcia a la Universitat de Georgetown de Washington DC, i després va estudiar pintura amb Julio Martín Caro a Madrid. En els 1960s, va treballar a Ponce, col·laborant amb Isolina Ferré Aguayo en la creació de tallers d'art per la comunitat. També va treballar al taller de Lorenzo Homar a l' Institut de Cultura Porto-riquenya. Actualment és l'Artista Resident de la Universitat de Puerto Rico a Cayey on dirigeix el Museu Ramón Frade. (ca)
