Siedziba przedsiębiorstwa mieściła się w Saint-Germain-Laval, w departamencie Loara. Spółka została założona 30 sierpnia 1984 roku, do 1985 roku działała pod marką Autoland. W 2005 roku Auverland stał się właścicielem przedsiębiorstwa zbrojeniowego Panhard. 8 lipca 2009 roku przedsiębiorstwo zostało zlikwidowane. Wielkość produkcji w 2003 roku wyniosła 300 samochodów. Criada no início dos anos 1980 em Saint-Germain-Laval por François Servanin - na mesma fábrica produzia o "Cournil", que está na base do UMM, a empresa falhou e desapareceu devido a diversificação nos veículos civis. A sociedade Auverland é detida para 76% pela família Cohen, 10% por Christian Mons, 7% por Pedra Dalmas e 7% pela família Servanin. (pt)
