| - Blackoustic es el primer álbum acústico de los artistas de Finlandia, . El álbum salió a la venta el 19 de octubre de 2012 y en su primera semana alcanzó el puesto número 13 en Finlandia y se mantuvo ahí por 3 semanas. Fue grabado en la casa que Kotipelto posee en Lappajärvi y mezclado y masterizado por el guitarrista de Stratovarius, Matias Kupiainen. Es un disco acústico de covers de bandas. Tras el lanzamiento del álbum el dúo comenzó una gira a partir del 23 de noviembre de 2012. (es)
- Blackoustic è un album di musica acustica nato da una proposta dei fan di Timo Kotipelto (voce della band finlandese Stratovarius) e Jani Liimatainen (virtuoso chitarrista finlandese ex membro dei Sonata Arctica), pubblicato il 19 ottobre 2012. La tracklist contiene, oltre a cover acustiche (chitarra e voce) di pezzi delle due band (Stratovarius e Sonata Arctica) e altri artisti, un pezzo inedito scritto da Jani e una cover di un brano tradizionale finlandese. - Blackoustic is a collaborative acoustic album by Stratovarius and Cain's Offering vocalist Timo Kotipelto and ex-Sonata Arctica and Cain's Offering guitarist Jani Liimatainen (credited as Kotipelto & Liimatainen). The album was released on October 19, 2012, and entered the Finnish charts at #13 the first week. The album is self-financed. While initially only sold during performances, the album was eventually released through the Earmusic label, which had released the prior Stratovarius albums since Polaris. (en)
