Brian Burke is an Irish retired Gaelic footballer who played as a midfielder for the Tipperary senior team. Born in Chicago, Illinois, USA and moved to Fethard, Co. Tipperary. Burke first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of fifteen when he first linked up with the Tipperary minor team before later joining the under-21 and junior sides. Burke made his senior debut during the 1985 championship and played at inter-county level for Tipperary for 13 years. He has won five Tipperary Senior Football Championship medals with his club, Fethard.
