| - Le British Superbike Championship (BSB) est le principal championnat de Superbike au Royaume-Uni. Le championnat est géré et organisé par MotorSport Vision. Les titres pilotes et constructeurs sont décernés chaque année à l'issue de la dernière épreuve. Une « Cup » existe pour les pilotes qui courent dans leur propre écurie. Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki et Suzuki participent tous à ce championnat. Depuis 2008, toutes les équipes utilisent des pneus Pirelli. (fr)
- ブリティッシュスーパーバイク選手権（ぶりてっしゅすーぱーばいくせんしゅけん、British Superbike Championship、略称:BSB）は、オートバイによるモータースポーツ。公道用市販車によるロードレースイギリス選手権。日本で報道されることは少なかったが、2003年に加賀山就臣が、2004年に清成龍一がフル参戦を開始したことから日本でも注目されるようになる。BSB独自のポイントとして、2010年から採用された『ザ・ショーダウン』が挙げられる。これは終盤のチャンピオン争いを演出する為に導入されたもので、第9戦終了時点でのランキング上位6名のポイントを一旦リセット。6名共に500ポイントからスタートし、残り3戦で最も多くポイントを獲得したものがチャンピオンとなるシステムである。導入初年度の2010年にこの年にBSBに復帰した清成龍一が、このザ・ショーダウンによって逆転で3度目となるシリーズチャンピオンを獲得している。 (ja)
- Het Brits kampioenschap superbike (Eng. British Superbike Championship; afk. BSB; Officieel MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship) is de belangrijkste motorsportklasse in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. In de BSB nemen de belangrijkste motorfietsfabrikanten, zoals Ducati, Honda, Yamaha en Suzuki, waarvan een aantal als fabrieksteam, deel. Het kampioenschap ontstond in 1988 en werd geracet in een parallelle 750 cc/Formule TT-klasse en later met Superbikes. De BSB geldt als springplank voor het wereldkampioenschap superbike. Opmerkelijk in de BSB is de restrictie van electronische hulpmiddelen zoals traction, wheelie en launchcontrol. Dit in combinatie met de uitdagende Britse cuircuits levert veel spektakel op.
