This is the only known Upper Cretaceous Mongolian multituberculate not to belong to the family Djadochtatherioidea. Remains are incomplete and the assignment of B. to the Cimolomyidae is tentative, (Kielan-Jaworowska & Hurum 2001, p. 408). (en)
