Charles Glen MacAndrew, 1st Baron MacAndrew, PC, DL, TD (13 January 1888 – 11 January 1979) was a Scottish Unionist politician. Born in Ayrshire, he was educated at Uppingham School and at Trinity College, Cambridge. He was Deputy Chairman of Ways and Means, House of Commons, from May to July 1945 and from March 1950 to October 1951, and a Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons and Chairman of Ways and Means from 1951 to 1959.
