Džemijet (Turkish: Cemiyet, "Society", Albanian: Xhemijet; full Turkish name Turkish: İslam Muhafaza-i Hukuk Cemiyeti, "Islamic Association for the Defense of Justice"/"Society for the Preservation of Muslim Rights") was a political party of the Muslim population in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes. It represented Albanians, and Turks in what was then "Southern Serbia" (i.e. Vardar Macedonia, Kosovo and Metohija, Sandžak). It was formed in August 1918 and officially constituted in Skopje in late 1919. The party participated in the 1920 and 1923 elections, in which it elected 8 and 14 representatives respectively. Jejím cílem bylo chránit zájmy muslimů, zejména pak jejich nemalé pozemkové vlastnictví, které měli ještě z dob Osmanské říše. Mezi politické požadavky, které si Džemijet kladl, bylo například duchovní podřízení Islámského společenství v Srbsku a Černé Hoře pod chalífát v Istanbulu, jak tomu bylo v případě Islámského společenství v Bosně a Hercegovině, zřízení autonomního muslimského školství (kde by se vyučovalo v albánštině nebo turečtině), nebo odstraněn (cs) Die Džemijet (von türkisch Cemiyet, „Gesellschaft/Vereinigung“, serbisch-kyrillisch Џемијет, albanisch Bashkimi oder Xhemijet; offiziell jedoch türkisch İslam Muhafaza-i Hukuk Cemiyeti, „Islamische Vereinigung zur Verteidigung der Gerechtigkeit/des Rechts“) war eine politische Partei im Königreich der Serben, Kroaten und Slowenen. Sie vertrat Albaner, ethnische Türken und slawische Muslime und war im Süden des damaligen Serbiens (Nordmazedonien, Kosovo und Metochien sowie Sandžak) aktiv. Sie ähnelte in ihrer Ausrichtung stark der Jugoslawischen Muslimischen Organisation, die ebenfalls die Muslime Jugoslawiens vertreten wollte, aber vor allem aus Bosniaken bestand.
