Dan Lupașcu (born 19 November 1962) is a Romanian jurist, former judge, currently attorney-at-law and professor. He served as judge for more than 25 years and held various managerial positions within the Romanian courts of law. Between 2003 and 2011, he was a member of the Superior Council of Magistracy and the first to be elected as its president after this institution reopened in 1993.
