Seven of the tracks are co-written by Frank, alongside Brian Higgins and Xenomania, who also produced it. Tracks one and five were also covers of Xenomania's "vanity act" Mania. The album was released in Summer 2006, reaching a disappointing #110 on the UK Charts. The album sold less than 900 copies in the UK due to poor promotion by label Polydor, and because of that and the disappointing chart result of the single, the album hasn't been released in Ireland. This band have since announced that they have been dropped from their record label and have split up. (en)
