| - Die distale Radiusfraktur bzw. der handgelenksnahe Knochenbruch der Speiche ist die häufigste Fraktur des Menschen und macht bis zu 25 % aller Knochenbrüche aus, besonders oft bei Kindern und im Alter. Je nach Unfallhergang kommt es am häufigsten zu einer Abknickung (Achsenabweichung) zur Streckseite (nach dorsal, Colles-Fraktur), seltener zur Beugeseite (nach ventral/palmar, -Fraktur). Gelegentlich treten auch andere Bruchformen auf, oft ist die benachbarte Elle auch gebrochen. (de)
- 橈骨遠位端骨折（とうこつえんいたんこっせつ）は、手首の骨折とも言われており、手首に近い橈骨が骨折した状態のことである。症状は手首の痛み、痣、急速な腫れが挙げられる。さらに手首の変形が診られることもある。また、橈骨と共に尺骨も骨折していることがある。 若い人が橈骨遠位端骨折するよくある原因は、スポーツや交通事故による場合がほとんどである。高齢者の最も一般的な原因は、転倒時に手をつく行為によるものである。橈骨遠位端骨折には特定の種類があり、それらは:コーレル骨折、スミス骨折、バートン骨折、ショウファー骨折である。診断は一般的に症状の診察とX線により確認される。 治療は6週間のギプスの装着または手術である。接着面が割れており断面が合わない場合や、橈骨が短い場合、または橈骨の接合面が10%以上後方に傾いている場合は一般的に手術が必要である。ギプスの装着で治療をしている人は治療から3週間以内に再度X線にて正常な位置で回復しているか経過確認することが勧められる。 橈骨遠位端骨折骨折は一般的な骨折である。25%～ 50%の骨折は橈骨遠位端骨折である。一般的に若い男性と高齢の女性に最も見られる。完治するまでに1年間または2年間かかることがある。 (ja)

- La fractura distal del radi és una fractura comuna del radi. A causa de la seva proximitat amb l'articulació del canell, aquesta lesió se sol anomenar fractura de canell. El tractament sol ser amb la immobilització, encara que la cirurgia és de vegades necessària per a les fractures complexes. Els tipus específics de fractura distal del radi són la fractura de Colles, (o Colles invertida), fractura de Rhea Barton (marginal posterior), (o Rhea Barton invertida), ; (de l'); i associades a altres lesions: fractura d'Essex-Lopresti, fractura de Galeazzi, . - A distal radius fracture, also known as wrist fracture, is a break of the part of the radius bone which is close to the wrist. Symptoms include pain, bruising, and rapid-onset swelling. The ulna bone may also be broken. In younger people, these fractures typically occur during sports or a motor vehicle collision. In older people, the most common cause is falling on an outstretched hand. Specific types include Colles, Smith, Barton, and Chauffeur's fractures. The diagnosis is generally suspected based on symptoms and confirmed with X-rays. (en)

El tratamiento suele ser con la inmovilización, aunque la cirugía es a veces necesaria para las fracturas complejas. UU. o del norte de Europa tiene un riesgo de presentar una fractura distal de radio durante su vida del 15 %; mientras que un hombre blanco de la misma edad tiene un riesgo durante su vida de un poco más del 2 %. - En distal radiusfraktur, (även handledsfraktur eller handledsbrott) är ett benbrott som drabbar radius-benet i underarmen. Symptom vid fraktur är smärta, hematom (blåmärken), och snabbt isättande svullnad. Handleden kan även vara vanställd. Ulna (även kallat armbågsbenet) kan också brytas i samband med en radiusfraktur. Ungefär 25 000 personer drabbas av handledsfrakturer varje år i Sverige. Kvinnor över 50 år är överrepresenterade i statistiken. (sv)
