Felice Boscaratti (1721 in Verona – 1807) was an Italian painter. A pupil of the Rotari, he soon became established as a painter and teacher. He moved to Vicenza but also worked in his birthplace of Verona - his works at the latter include Saints Ignazio and Bonaventura in the cappella Canossa a S. Bernardino. His works were reproduced by engravers such as Domenico Cunego.

Allievo di Pietro Rotari e di Matteo Brida, divenne presto un pittore e insegnante. Si trasferì a Vicenza ma lavorò spesso anche nella sua città natale. Tra le sue opere ricordiamo i santi Ignazio e Bonaventura nella cappella Canossa nella chiesa di San Bernardino a Verona e le tele il sogno di Elia e il sacrificio di Melchisedech collocate nel transetto della chiesa dei Santi Nazaro e Celso sempre a Verona.
