The De Gasperi I Cabinet was the last cabinet of the Kingdom of Italy, which was abolished with the referendum of 2 June 1946, in which the Italian people voted in favour of the Republic. It held office from 10 December 1945 until 13 July 1946, a total of 216 days, or 7 months and 4 days.

Il est resté en fonctions jusqu'au 13 juillet 1946, soit 203 jours. Il a été remplacé par le deuxième gouvernement d'Alcide De Gasperi. C'est sous son mandat que le peuple italien décida, lors du référendum du 2 juin 1946, l'instauration de la République parlementaire. (fr) Il Governo De Gasperi I fu il sessantacinquesimo ed ultimo governo del Regno d'Italia (nominato da Umberto di Savoia allora Luogotenente generale del Regno) e presentò le proprie dimissioni dopo il Referendum istituzionale del 1946 e con l'insediamento del Capo provvisorio dello Stato eletto dall'Assemblea Costituente. Restò in carica fino al 14 luglio 1946 quando De Nicola, Capo provvisorio dello Stato, nominò il secondo governo De Gasperi. Tra l'esilio del Re e l'insediamento di De Nicola, De Gasperi fu anche Capo provvisorio dello Stato ad interim (13 giugno - 1º luglio). Het kabinet treedt aan op 10 december 1945 als opvolger van de regering onder Ferruccio Parri. De regering eindigde met het grondwettelijk referendum van 2 juni 1946, toen de Italiaanse bevolking koos voor de republiek. Van 12 tot 28 juni 1946, voor de verkiezing van Enrico De Nicola als president, diende de Gasperi als voorlopig staatshoofd, waarbij hij de titel Presidente provvisorio dello Stato voerde.
