| - Ghostbusters ist eine US-amerikanische Zeichentrickserie aus den Jahren 1986 bis 1988. Die 65 Folgen der Ghostbusters-Serie wurden infolge des Erfolges des Kinohits Ghostbusters – Die Geisterjäger von 1984 von der Firma Filmation produziert. Filmations Ghostbusters basieren aber inhaltlich auf der Fernsehserie The Ghost Busters aus den Jahren 1975 bis 1976, an der Filmation die Rechte hielt. Nicht zu verwechseln ist der Cartoon mit der fast zeitgleich entstandenen Serie The Real Ghostbusters, die lose auf dem Film von 1984 basierte. (de)
- Ghostbusters (Filmation's Ghostbusters) est une série d'animation américaine en 65 épisodes de 23 minutes, créée par Robby London et Barry O'Brien, produite par le studio Filmation et diffusée entre le 8 septembre et le 5 décembre 1986 en syndication. En France, la série a été diffusée à partir du 25 mars 1987 sur TF1 dans l'émission Vitamine. Il s'agit d'un spin off de la série live The Ghost Busters produite en 1975. - Filmation's Ghostbusters är en amerikansk animerad TV-serie producerad av Filmation och ursprungligen visad i syndikering 17 september-14 december 1986. Serien handlar om två män och en gorilla som förgör spöken, huvudpersonern består av Jake Kong Jr. och Eddie Spencer Jr. som ärver efter sina pappors jobb som spökjägare, i arvet får de högkvarteret och Tracy the Gorilla. I slutet av varje avsnitt avslutade Skelevision (ibland tillsammans med Belfrey) med förklararingar om en viss lärdom som har hänt i avsnittet. Filmation's Ghostbusters ska inte förväxlas med The Real Ghostbusters som är baserad på långfilmen Ghostbusters - Spökligan. Serien kallades ursprungligen Ghostbusters men när den släpptes på VHS döptes den om till Filmation's Ghostbusters för att undvika förväxling. (sv)

It is not to be confused with Columbia Pictures' 1984 film Ghostbusters or that film's subsequent animated television show The Real Ghostbusters, which premiered five days later. When making their film, Columbia Pictures needed to obtain rights to use the name from Filmation. In the '80s, ABC aired the series in Australia. (en)
