Gran Premio Lotteria, or Gran Premio della Lotteria, or in short, Lotteria, is an annual Group One harness event that takes place at in Naples, Italy. The competition, which was inaugurated in 1951, is regarded as one of the most prestigious international events in trotting. The winner is decided through three qualifying heats and a subsequent final later the same day. Both the eliminations and the final are raced over 1,600 meters. Gran Premio Lotteria is part of the European Grand Circuit and the overall purse for the 2009 event was €600,600, equalling approximately US$795,000. The fastest winning time in the history of the race is 1:10.5, run by in 2017.

L'épreuve est créée en 1947 sous le nom de Lotteria di primavera (« Loterie de printemps »), mais la deuxième édition n'eut lieu qu'en 1951. C'est une épreuve internationale de Groupe I qui se courait en avril jusqu'en 1995, puis en mai (en octobre en 2013). Elle se court depuis 2020 en octobre, sur une distance de 1 600 mètres, départ à l'autostart. C'était également une étape du Grand Circuit européen de trot avant sa suppression en 2012. La course se déroule en deux temps : trois batteries qualificatives puis la finale. L'allocation de celle-ci s'élève à 660 000 € dont 259 280 € pour le vainqueur. (fr)

Det är ett Grupp 1-lopp, det vill säga ett lopp av högsta internationella klass. Det är även Italiens största travlopp. Loppet körs över 1600 meter med autostart. Loppet genomförs med tre försökslopp, där de tre bäst placerade hästarna i varje försökslopp tar sig vidare till finalloppet som går av stapeln samma dag. Förstapris i finalen är 250 000 euro. (sv)

L’elevato livello dei partecipanti e il fatto che le prove siano concentrate nell'arco di poche ore fanno del Lotteria una delle manifestazioni più dure ed affascinanti del circuito ippico mondiale, ed in quello europeo in particolare, componendo insieme ad Amerique (2700 metri) ed Elitlopp (1609 metri) una sorta di triple crown europea riuscita solamente a pochi eletti nel corso della storia.
