The 2021 festival was co-sponsored between local NORML activist and the Libertarian Party of Wisconsin with many bands and speakers. The 52nd annual event will take place Sunday October 2nd starting at the library mall at HIGH NOON and then heading to on the Wisconsin State Capitol steps at 3:30PM. The Libertarian Party of Dane County is the sole sponsor for the only publicly announced event. International reggae recording artist Sista Sensi and The Buds will entertain for the second year at 4:20PM (en)
