Grogan’s Point is an estate neighborhood and golf course community in the Village of Grogan’s Mill of The Woodlands, a planned community in Texas. Established in 1982, it is third of nine estate neighborhoods developed in The Woodlands. Its namesake is the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Company, the last sawmill to operate in the area. It is characterized by large residences on large land lots. It consists of 800 acres, 465 estates, 3 parks, and 2 ponds. It borders the 13th hole of The Oaks Golf Course of The Woodlands Resort, which is ranked by Golf Digest as one of the best golf resorts in North America.
