Heather Humphreys (born 14 May 1963) is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has served as Minister for Rural and Community Development and Minister for Social Protection since June 2020. She has also been serving as Minister for Justice since November 2022 to facilitate the maternity leave of Helen McEntee, which she had previously done from April to November 2021. She has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cavan–Monaghan constituency since 2011.
