Hellas Online was one of the leading Greek fixed-line telephony service providers based in Athens. Founded in 1993, Hellas Online (hol) was one of the first Internet service providers in Greece offering public dial-up Internet access. It evolved from an ISP to a fixed-line telecommunications services provider offering a broad range of retail, business and wholesale services. Since 2006 it became a member of the Intracom Holdings group. Before its dissolution, following its merger, with Vodafone in 2014, it had 531,563 LLU subscribers.

Τον Αύγουστο του 2014 η HOL είχε 531.563 συνδρομητές. Η Hellas Online ιδρύθηκε το 1993 και πρόσφερε υπηρεσίες dial-up στο λεκανοπέδιο Αττικής. Η τηλεφωνική υπηρεσία επεκτάθηκε στην υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα χρησιμοποιώντας τηλεφωνικούς αριθμούς. Το 2006 αποκτήθηκε από την Intracom και επέκτεινε τις υπηρεσίες της ώστε να περιλαμβάνει ευρυζωνικές υπηρεσίες ADSL και SHDSL. Το 2007 απέκτησε το 100% της Attica Telecom, που ήταν ο μεγαλύτερος πάροχος υπηρεσιών οπτικών ινών στην Αθήνα και τον Ιούνιο του ίδιου έτους δημιούργησε μια στρατηγική συνεργασία με την Vodafone Ελλάδας. Τον Ιούνιο του 2008, η Hellas Online συγχωνεύθηκε με την Unibrain, μια εταιρεία εισηγμένη στο Χρηματιστήριο Αθηνών. Το 2014 η Vodafone πήρε πλειοψηφικό πακέτο μετοχών της HOL το οποίο έφτασε στο 100% και μετά από δύο χρόνια, απορροφήθηκε πλήρως από την ίδια την Vodafone. (el)
