Howard Tall Fox Jr. (September 4, 1920 – June 28, 2011) was an American Major League Baseball front office executive. He was a member of the Minnesota Twins organization for more than 60 years, and served as president of the club in 1985 and 1986, following its sale by longtime owner Calvin Griffith to Carl Pohlad. A native of Emporia, Virginia, Fox attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and served in the United States Army during World War II, rising to the rank of captain.
