IMRB is a part of the Kantar Group, WPP’s research, insights, and consultancy network. Kantar IMRB's specialised areas are consumer markets, industrial marketing, business to business marketing, social marketing, and rural marketing. By 2019, Kantar merged the operations of IMRB, with its sister divisions Millward Brown and TNS, to form a global Kantar Analytics Practice as a part of wider restructuring exercise.
