Jacky Hunt-Broersma is an American amputee ultramarathon runner who was born and raised in South Africa. Hunt-Broersma lost her leg to Ewing sarcoma in 2001 when she was 26 years old. She started running in 2016. She quickly progressed from running 5 km races to running ultramarathons. In 2019 Hunt-Broersma became the first amputee to compete in the TransRockies Mountain Stage Race in Colorado.
