Jason Taylor (born 2 February 1971) is an Australian professional rugby league football coach and a former professional rugby league footballer who played as a halfback in the 1990s and 2000s. He was the assistant coach of the Sydney Roosters in 2018 when the club won the premiership that year. He was also previously the head coach of the Parramatta Eels, South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Wests Tigers in the NRL. A New South Wales State of Origin representative goal-kicking halfback of the 1990s and early 2000s, Taylor set a number of point-scoring and appearance records in the National Rugby League during a twelve-year career with the Western Suburbs Magpies, North Sydney Bears, Northern Eagles and Parramatta Eels.

Il est l'un des meilleurs joueurs de rugby à XIII dans les années 1990 détenant notamment le record de points inscrits dans le Championnat australien avant d'être dépassé par Andrew Johns, il y dispute qu'une finale de National Rugby League, perdue en 2011 avec les Eels de Parramatta. Il remporte au cours de sa carrière le State of Origin en 1993 et à deux reprises le City vs Country Origin. Il ne connaît cependant aucune sélection en équipe d'Australie. (fr)
