Joe Stubbs (born Joseph Stubbles; December 9, 1942 – February 5, 1998) was an American R&B/soul singer who became the lead singer of four different groups throughout his recording career. He was the younger brother of The Four Tops' lead Levi Stubbs.

Hij was van 1957 tot 1962 lid van die hun grootste succes boekten met het nummer "I Found A Love" in 1959. Hij was tenor in de groep, net als Eddie Floyd. Daarna ging hij naar Motown Records, waar zijn oudere broer Levi leadzanger was van de Four Tops. Joe Stubbs zong er bij The Contours en kortstondig bij .
