Julien Alfred (born 10 June 2001) is an athlete from Saint Lucia, the national record holder in the women's 60 metres, 100 metres, and 200 metres. The 2017 Commonwealth Youth Games 100m champion, in 2022 whilst a Texas Longhorn sophomore, Alfred ran 10.90 in the semifinals at the 2022 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships before becoming the NCAA champion when she won the 2022 NCAA 100 metres race. In doing so, she became the second ever Saint Lucian athlete, after Jeanelle Scheper, to win the title. Alfred became a two time 2022 NCAA champion as part of the 4 x 100 metres relay team.
