| - Sir Michael Francis O’Dwyer, GCIE, KCSI (* 28. April 1864 in ; † 13. März 1940 in London) war ein britischer Kolonialbeamter. Von 1912 bis 1919 war er Vizegouverneur („Lieutenant Governor“) des Punjab in Indien. O’Dwyer lobte General Reginald Dyers Verhalten, das zum Massaker von Amritsar führte, und befürwortete das Massaker als „korrekte Handlung“. 1940 fiel er einem Attentat Udham Singhs zum Opfer. (de)
