Aktueller Präsident der Organisation ist seit dem 1. Mai 2017 der Musiker Billy Corgan. Die National Wrestling Alliance bietet verschiedenen Independent-Promotionen eine Plattform, auf der unter einem gemeinsamen Banner veranstaltet werden kann.
