Ng Ser Miang, BBM PJG (simplified Chinese: 黄思绵; traditional Chinese: 黃思綿; pinyin: Huáng Sīmián; born 6 April 1949) is a Singaporean entrepreneur, diplomat, and retired sailor. He founded Trans-Island Bus Services (now known as SMRT Buses) in 1982 and is a board member of Singapore Press Holdings. Since 1990, he has been the vice-president of the Singapore National Olympic Council, and since 2009, has served as a vice-president of the International Olympic Committee. In 2013, he was a candidate for the presidency of the International Olympic Committee, but eventually lost to Thomas Bach.
